How fast can I get the brownies delivered?

Tomorrow!

For orders made before 6 p.m., next day delivery is the default option, because we could not possibly keep you waiting~

Orders made after 6 p.m. can be delivered by the day after.

If you are ordering further in advance, kindly leave us a note along with your order and we will arrange for delivery on your preferred date.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery cost is a flat fee of $5 per order (so order more to make the most of it!)

What if I am not around for the delivery?

Our standard delivery window is between 10 am - 6 pm.

The brownies can be left at your someplace safe near at your doorstep to greet you when you are back :)

Our brownies can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days, so they are suitable for “contactless” delivery in case you are not able to receive them.

Each box is lined with wax paper and securely sealed to ensure they remain fresh for whenever it is dessert time!

If a specific time slot is required, kindly leave us a note along with your order and we will arrange for it.

However, there will be an additional surcharge of $8.

Can I get delivery during a specific time slot?

How long can the brownies be stored?

Best not to delay gratification and have them the moment they arrive!

But if you insist to save some for later —

Room Temperature: Up to 2 days in an airtight container

Fridge: Up to a week in an airtight container

What is the best way to reheat the brownies?

Brownies stored at room temperature can be enjoyed right out of the box.

Brownies chilled in the fridge can be conveniently microwaved in short 10s bursts until they warm (be careful not to overdo it!).

More hardworking people can also heat them for ~5-7 min in a pre-heated oven or air fryer at 160°C for a fresh-outta-the-oven feel.

And if you are looking for a sneaky midnight snack without waking the house up, our brownies are great straight out of the fridge as well :P

Cancellation & Refund

What is the cancellation policy?

For next-day delivery brownies, cancellation is not allowed due to the short lead time.

For brownies ordered in advance, kindly drop us a message to cancel your order, and we will let you know if it is possible on a case by case basis.

What is the refund policy?

As each box of brownies is specially made to order for you, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges after the order has been processed.

If there are any issues with the order, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
